About the Role - Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring a Marketing Support Specialist with 2-3 years of experience. The position will span social media, graphic design, and marketing department support. It is a multifaceted role supporting a small but mighty marketing team. We need a highly disciplined, creative, organized, and proactive personality—someone who thrives on juggling, supporting a team, being creative, and having a service-focused personality.
Responsibilities
- Social Media: Plan and design LinkedIn posts/newsletters/banners, write social captions, update YouTube page, and review social comments
- Creative: Layout manuals/brochures/signage/data sheets, design campaign posts and event promo graphics, headshots/photo adjustments, product and culture shots, and web content uploads
- Support: Work with the Marketing and Creative Director on meeting/event logistics, employee events, department admin, shipping, research projects, and web content uploads
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a role where you have produced layouts for content ranging from simple things like social posts to more long-form documents like a report (case study, whitepaper, etc.)
- Experience in roles demonstrating your ability to support a team with logistics or operations (meetings, events, basic dept. operations, etc.)
- Required: Online portfolio showing quality design of social assets/marketing materials, please no individual files
- Proficient with the basics of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop
- Basic understanding of the marketing lifecycle and associated phases for promoting a product or service
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication or related design experinces
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Exceptional project management skills, including concurrently handling multiple projects
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic social media publishing systems
Pay range and compensation package - This role is located in Round Rock and is onsite 4 days a week with full benefits. We are only seeking candidates who currently reside in the greater Austin, Texas area and are able to commute to the Round Rock office 4 days a week.
